Privacy and cookie notice

Last updated October 13, 2026. This notice covers specificintangibles.com, including the AI consulting pages, the Sports Performance Division and CDA pages, the request forms, and the voice assistant.

Your privacy choices

This site does not currently use advertising pixels, third-party analytics, session recording, or cross-site tracking cookies. Because there is no optional tracking, there is nothing to accept or reject, and we do not show a cookie banner. We do not currently sell or share personal information for targeted advertising. If optional analytics or advertising are ever introduced, they would be added together with a consent choice and with support for browser Global Privacy Control signals and applicable jurisdictional opt-outs, and this notice would be updated to describe them.

Information you send us

When you submit a contact, consultation, or CDA request form, we receive what you enter (such as name, email, phone, and request details, including athlete and film information on sports forms). We also record the page the form was sent from and any campaign tags in the link you used (utm source, medium, campaign). We use this only to respond to your request. Submissions are stored in our database and sent to our team by email.

Storage on your device

We use a small amount of browser storage that the site needs to work. None of it tracks you across sites.

• Sign-in session (only if you sign in): keeps you logged in.
• Prompt Lab preview count and a dismissed notice flag: remembers how many free previews you used.

Services that help the site work

• Google Fonts: loads the site's typefaces. Your browser contacts Google to fetch them, which shares your IP address with Google.
• ElevenLabs voice assistant ("Ask Dominique"): connects only when you start a conversation and allow microphone access. Your voice and conversation are processed by ElevenLabs to run the assistant.
• AI generation for the Prompt Lab: your selections are sent to an AI model to create the preview.
• Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs used to operate the site.

Minors

Requests about athletes under 18 require a parent or legal guardian's permission.
